The Back Story

Recharge Adda, is one of the highest-ranking portals in India online. The seed idea that bloomed into Recharge Adda came into existence in a moment of enlightenment, to an IT graduate working out of his residence who realized the importance of an online bill payment portal. As it started taking shape, under the ownership of Reontek Systems Pvt. Ltd., Recharge Adda had reached the next step in its evolutionary process and needed to revamp their website, and formulate an online presence that ‘Klicked’ better.

From a Tea Shop to a Cafe – Revamping the Adda

Recharge Adda needed to look as good as the services it provided. Our design strategy was to develop a funky looking website that would attract and engage the exact target population this brand wanted, that is, the tech friendly and young adults and work as a visual mechanism to support their core services. The shades of blue and red were used with white to infuse the site with a subtle energy and bring a lot more suave to its overall look.

Expanding Consumables

We also looked into upgrading their website from a technology and content stand-point, wherein we transpired further additions to their services tabs. They had come up with a new promo code service, along with extending their core services to paying post-paid bills, utility-bills and a free corner that provided users with additional deals while availing their services. We integrated these tabs on the homepage with the existing services tabs with utmost regard to the UI, so when the user arrived on their page, their services are the first thing that he sees.

In addition to that, we also added a blogs section within their website that helps them communicate with their audience through a different format over different subjects. The idea was to soak the website in consumable data and usable services so that it elevates from the position of utility website into something more and gain by giving more value to its users with every transaction.

Our Take Away

We worked on this project with their motto of – ‘Eye it-Klick it-have it’ and deliberated every service to attain that functional purpose, and craft a complete hassle free and easy journey for the users.
